Mediocre. When you first enter, you are greeted with nothing and are just watched. Then, I wait in line (which is totally okay) but I see one of the workers resealing a Pokémon Elite Trainer box....

Customer service is none-existent here, they seem anti-social unless you're a male nerd who only wants to talk about table top games instead of board games.
