It doesn't exist anymore!!! With the reconstruction after the winter damage of 2019 to 2020 they closed it. Now it's open but it's Gone !!! There are barriers and rocks against the encroaching...

This particular spot idle right off of Fullerton Ave. there is no sand, just cement steps to lay on and grassy areas. There are ladders to step down the cement wall but it's deep. You'd need to...
