fRedhots and Fries is not the typical hot dog stand. The diverse, large menu has something for everyone, like smoked Alaskan salmon, buffalo burgers, venison sausages and gyros. When owner Fred Markoff and his wife Sharon opened the business three years ago, they wanted their restaurant to have a unique character to attract diners. From the lines that form around lunchtime, it seems that their strategy worked.
