When my husband became a realtor I starting assisting him to get the homes organized and show ready. After seeing the results other realtors started calling and Franklin & Kent was created!

Welcome to Franklin & Kent! Our goal is to professionally prepare homes for sale and ease our clients stress during the entire moving process. Gayle Todd, President, is originally from the County of Kent, England and moved to Chicago at the age of 25 to further her career in finance. After meeting her husband and having two amazing children she decided it was time to move on from her career in the corporate world to spend time at home watching and helping her kids grow. Gayle has always loved design and beautiful homes. She watched her family renovate and remodel houses and has now had the pleasure of fully renovating several of her own. Matthew Todd, Gayle's husband grew up in Franklin County, Ohio and became a Realtor in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Gayle started to assist Matt in preparing his clients homes for sale, getting the homes organized and show ready. After seeing the amazing results clients would refer Gayle to other Realtors and friends and so the business Franklin & Kent Designs was created.
