Fountain and Associates, LLC was created to leave a legacy! Terina Fountain became self-employed in 2003, all while being a single mother. She wanted to create something bigger than what she had access to working a 9-5, and due to the non-sustainable job market at the time, she was motivated to take a leap of faith. Thankful for her tribe, including her parents, the wisdom she received from her HBCU, Wilberforce University, and GOD, she was able to succeed. In 2022 Salina Fountain joined her mother at Fountain and Associates, Finally. After working at big tech companies(One of them being Yelp), traveling the world to 20+ countries, and teaching, she decided she wanted to help F&A go to the next level. This Dynamic Duo is tenure in experience but embodies a freshness that reaches all generations.
