The park is fully fenced in and safe. There's a water fountain but not on yet at this time of year, I hear it goes on May 1st. I haven't gone in the winter but I have been there this spring....

Great park for my dogs. Its kept very clean. It get very but I mean very hot during the summer and there is almost no shade! Poop bags are provided BUT some dogs owners are to lazy or don't care...
