We started out as a non-emergency medical transportation company with a fleet of wheelchair vans bearing the name Midwest Medivan. We have since expanded our services to include corporate and tourism transport in clean professional sedans. We still provide non emergency medical transport to this day and accept clients needing transport to dialysis, chemotherapy, physician appointments and for clients being discharged from a facility.

Our services include: Airport transportation, corporate transportation, non-emergency medical transport, courier delivery services and designated driver services. Our fleet of sedans are always highly maintained. Our rates are simple flat rates so you can always know at the time of reservation how much your trip will cost. We are a limo quality cab service without the limo prices.

The dispatch was rude and obviously very unhappy with his life. The driver and cab were both filthy and stunk. You'd be better off walking than calling Forest City Cab.
