FitGirl Fitness came to be for busy individuals that are conscious of the importance of physical activity through exercise. However; prefer to workout/train at home for a number of reasons: too busy for the gym, don't like the gym, no costly gym membership on top of too expensive personal training fees, needing additional training/push outside of own routine, etc.

Telia is amazing! She is a trainer at my gym and I always burn the most calories in her class. She is really professional, experienced and maximizes time together to ensure you get a good workout....

I really want to keep Telia a secret but she deserves the praise. Get this: she comes to your house...armed with her own gear AND a warm personality! On top of that, she's extremely accommodating...
