First Midwest Bank

I have been doing business with First Midwest for probably 30 years or more and I find their customer service to be outstanding. I even left my account open when I moved to St. Louis for 5 years...

Worst bank. No customer service, app never works, and they don't care. One star rating deserved.

Horrible Customer Service. I called this branch today to make sure the check the customer gave me has funds and can clear. Teller picked up the phone and could not help me than somebody else...

I like this bank. I do wish they had later hours for drive through. I like how you can deposit cash & just put your check in & it will deposit it. The staff is very friendly when Zi go inside.
