A Certified Commercial Investment Member is an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. CCIM Institute works to set the standards in commercial investment throughout the world. Offering courses in over seven countries with more than 700 international members, it gives its designees the opportunity to network with professionals from all over the world, who have the same educational training. Its curriculum consists of four core courses that incorporate the essential CCIM skill sets, including financial, market, user decision and investment analyses for commercial investment real estate. It also provides online property and agent listings. Chapters and regional bodies are important components of CCIM Institute's overall organization, and have been established throughout the United States and Canada, as well as in Asia and Mexico.
