The creation of Fast Rick's AutoWorks initially began as an idea that was carried and meticulously developed for years until the conditions were right. Ricardo Pedraza Sr., Jr. and Jonathan Pedraza all cultivated their automotive passions through years of work experience and schooling, they both saw the opportunity to improve the typical shop experience that every customer goes through in their lifetime. By identifying detrimental factors such as long wait times, poor service, and inadequate repair (which leads to even more time in the shop long-term) - they were able to brainstorm and find solutions towards improving the customer experience. They sought to do this through three core values; efficiency, convenience, and reliability. By going above and beyond to make sure that the job is done right the first time, they were able to mitigate customers coming back for unnecessary repairs and improve customer satisfaction.

Do not use this location for U-Haul. I had a scheduled return at this location per my paperwork and they refused to accept my U-Haul trailer and told me to take it somewhere else.

My car wouldn't start so I got it towed I asked them to swap an alternator they said they'd do it but if it doesn't fix it it's not their problem I said alright the next day I get a call they say...
