Family Home Health Services is a Medicare-certified home health agency. It is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and is a member of the National Association of Home Care and the Illinois Home Care Council. The center employs nurses, therapists, social workers and support staff who are trained in providing health care services to the residents. Family Home Health Services provides home care throughout the Greater Chicagoland area, including Boone, Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Lake, McHenry, Will and Winnebago counties in Illinois. It provides physical, speech and occupational therapies and offers nursing, medical social work and translation services.
