Fairview Nursing Plaza, located in Rockford, Ill., is a more than 200-bed facility providing skilled nursing, long-term and intermediate care services for mentally ill persons. It provides short-term rehabilitation programs, resident care and Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other psychiatric diseases treatment services. Additionally, it provides social and dietary services, assistance with tube feeding, and respiratory, tracheostomy, hospice, oxygen and wound care services. The center also provides physical, occupational, speech and intravenous therapies.
