RCG has provided analytic support and advice related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and financial restructurings to companies engaged in the Manufacturing, Technology, Healthcare, Retailing, Service and Biotechnology sectors in the United States and internationally. RCG was founded in February 1991 to serve our clients' interests first and foremost by allowing their needs to dictate the services we provide rather than ours in selling a particular financial product or service.
