Excuse Free Fitness was born out of the desire to share how fitness and making healthy food choices can change your life. The Owner faced many health challenges in such a short time and fitness helped her regain control over her life. She felt that keeping what she learned to herself was being selfish, so she wanted to find a way to ensure others were enlightened on how fitness and healthy food options could help them as well. She opened her first facility in 2015 at 2700 square feet and has since expanded to her current facility which boasts almost 6000 square feet! She has a team of knowledgeable and experienced trainers and instructors that help members reach their goals. Our classes are great for beginners, intermediate and advanced!
We specialize in 1 on 1, partner training and group training, boot camps, circuit training, cross conditioning training, nutrition education, meal plans, working with individuals with special needs, working with individuals with injuries.
