HSHS Home Care Illinois offers skilled health care service to patients in their homes or assisted living community. Our focus is on the health needs of the individual in a family setting. Activities are directed toward helping patients attain and maintain their highest level of independent living, dignity and to help their family provide support while a patient receives home care services. We offer skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, hospice care, medical social work and much more. We also provide pediatric home care services in our service area.
