I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with experience treating a wide variety of mental health challenges ranging from depression and anxiety, to relationship issues, or a lack of meaning in one's life. I truly believe in everyone's inherent ability to change and grow. Psychotherapy provides a unique opportunity for one to more fully realize that potential. My personal style is warm and interactive. I most often utilize a psychodynamic and insight-oriented approach informed by cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness principles, although it is my belief that the therapeutic relationship, the alliance between therapist and client, is far more important than which particular theoretical model is being employed. I work with both individuals and couples, and also offer psychotherapy groups.
