Elite was started in 2010 in Portage, IN. Through discipline and hard work our teams have expanded to serve customers in 4 states and over 400 customers each season. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and go to great lengths to make our customers happy. We continually expand our service knowledge and work to implement the newest and best equipment and products the market offers. We are the #1 service company on Lake Michigan. As we have expanded we work hard to train each and every service technician to not only understand our service work quality but also how to deliver great customer service experience. We have taken the guide lines from the Ritz Carlton service standards and have used them in our own methods to make our customers loyal. We look forward to working with you.
