My wife was admitted into a 2 person room...you had to pass the first person to visit her....I visited 3 hours after she was admitted....the other lady was deceased....really...the TV was on no...

Listen to these comments! They aren't lien! This facility plays to many games. They have plenty scheduling problems and this is the main problem why the proper care isn't being met!

I am devastated. My husband was transported to the hospital from Elevate Care and never came home. He died on June 18 and I am 100% convinced that it was because of the poor care he received...

Only 4 handicapped spots that you complete with some of the employees who work there at elevate care north they park in these spots with no handicapped placards . Can they fix this behavior unknown .
