Very beautiful decor and caring staff. The atmosphere feels very calming. There are many services available that can help a wide variety of patients like the neuro feedback procedure.

Expensive place to be seen. More importantly, I have had two Doctors leave the practice, within 8 months, with no prior notice by Elemental before my appointments. Only find out when I reach out...
