Dr. Casey M. Boyd, born and raised in Rockford, IL and a Jefferson High School graduate is our new team member at Chris Scott Wellness. Casey completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Northern Illinois University following his undergraduate education with a primary focus in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Illinois State University. Following his educational pursuits, Casey returned to the greater Rockford region and has primarily focused his professional practice to the general outpatie
