Established over 100 years ago, Edwardsville Public Library is one of the oldest libraries in Illinois. Based in Edwardsville, Ill., the library offers a plethora of services, such as usage of Internet/computers, copying, faxing, homebound delivery, technology recycling and test proctoring, to name a few. Decent-sized collection for a small city, and anything they don't have, they are happy to help you find through interlibrary loan. I'm the one who has worn out all the old Hemingway novels.
