Welcome to Rockford OMS. Our providers are Board Certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons in Rockford Illinois. They practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including ambulatory anesthesia, wisdom tooth removal, placement of dental implants, management of facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, evaluation of facial pain, and pathologic conditions of the teeth, soft tissues, and jaw.
