Bill was great. Was able to find a part no one else has. I highly recommend them. Saved me a bunch of money and fast turnaround time. Great used pats and laptops.

I took my damaged hard drive to echelon. The service rep was very friendly. He hooked my hard drive up to his computer and diagnosed that it was a mechanical failure. Echelon doesn't recover data...
