Service was good, it has a fun little tavern feel but the fish fry (haddock) was not something I would order again.

Lost opportunity... We used to live in Elgin and went to the Dutch when it was REALLY a dive. It is greatly improved, the outside has a really nice patio and they also made a lot of improvements...
