An employee standing at the counter eating a cup of ice cream. Then removes his gloves and without washing his hands, sorry he wiped them on his pants then went and served someone. Umm no thank you

This place is in such a great location however IT IS FILTHY! The manager/owner is mean to his staff and they don't care about the place. There is frost growing on the outside of the ice cream...
