The most rude and disrespectful staff known to man. Also, today I got 2 medium iced coffees that tasted as if the coffee sat in ice all day long. The coffee tasted burnt but also watered down....

I really don't know if it's the idiot customers or the staff but to wait in the drive thru lane for almost 15 minutes is totally ridiculous & unacceptable. If you're training people do it on off...
