Got order completely wrong besides two donuts and when We went back we asked to redo our order. However, the girl said she didn't have enough to cover the order then why didn't she tell us ahead...

Stopped at 2:30 in the afternoon at the Streator Illinois location to grab a couple donuts , bought 2 double chocolate and 1 French Cruller.... Got home and the French cruller was hard and stale...

Awful. We got rock hard donuts and they were supposed to have sprinkles a d do not. The frosting was half wiped off.
