I am so socked at any bad reviews. We've been going here for a few years now for coffe and dessert. The people are always so friendly and my coffe comes out HOT, which is not the norm these days....

Charges $1 for a splash of milk! I've called Dunkin corporate and they said it's up to each franchise to charge or not. Person working literally shrugged at me when I told them this. Survey code...

I went to Dunkin' and ordered a small frozen coffee, and it was terrible. I literally heard the worker ask her coworker if she even put coffee in it -- that explains why it tasted like straight...
