Bad service for dine in. No public bathroom for use, which is a big issue at a coffee shop. The cashier that I spoke with was rude.

Ridiculously rude and incompetent staff. They messed up my order and when I went to tell them they rolled their eyes and said "Oh my god.." and tried charging me for 2 drinks instead of one.
