I'm about done with this Dunkin'. I'm not sure why they can't complete an order. What's the point of placing a mobile order when they make the coffee and that's it. Then you have to stand there...

This place fails at the bare minimum. 20 minutes to get my sandwich and a coffee. No one in the goddamn store. And they STILL prepared it wrong. Go to Starbucks. It's literally next door to it.
