The person who took my order was a complete jerk. She even raised her voice at me. I've already had my orders messed up.. If you go early in the morning the coffee is great and service is amazing....

Why is it everytime its slow they manage to get my order wrong how can you mess up 2 items are they on the phone or just don't care fired the morning staff or give them proper training because...

I have to make my first Yelp review after coming here several times a week for a few months now. It is absolutely astonishing how terrible the service is here. Never once have they gotten my order...
