The place is filthy! The one sister, Flower, is very rough grabbing your hands and moving your fingers. There is a sign saying "Under New Management ", still not willing to give them another chance.

Under new management so prices have gone up but I like the attention from former employer who is still there , establishment has been updated and it's still reasonably price for reg mani-pedi @ $45.
