The manager Joe is great but the cashiers they have no customer service skills at all the store is always clean and tidy looking when Joe the manager is there and when they do have a clearance...

What a welcomed sight to Chenoa!! After the IGA closed you were left to go to Fairbury/Pontiac/Bloomington if you needed something, that or hope that the Shell/Caseys' had a bag of chips, but alas...
