Dog Country Dog Camp

History

Steve and Sara Austin have been taking care of dogs everyday in Chicago for the past 9 years with Raise the Woof! Dog Walking and Dog Sitting. We have been planning on buying a farm to take City dogs to for over 6 years. We bought one in 2011 and have been working hard ever since turning 1/2 of it into Dog Country Dog Camp. We created this because we know many labs and hound dogs that need a place like this to run around.

Specialties

Run. Swim. Relax. Repeat. We offer daytrips to our farm in Northwest Indiana. Six acres of completely fenced-in field & woodland allows your dog to experience what he or she has been dreaming about. $50 includes pick-up and drop-off at your home. Dog Country Dog Camp is a place for dogs to run freely with other dogs for over 4 hours surrounded by fresh open air, and nature. We have 6 acres of a private 18 acre farm, fenced-in, and devoted for dogs. Dog Country Dog Camp is located 50 miles from downtown Chicago. We will pick up your dog around 9:00am and have him/her home around 6:00pm. Your best friend will have 4 1/2 hours of playtime with friends in a dog paradise!! They could not experience this anywhere else!! At this time we can only pick-up and drop-off dogs in the following Chicago neighborhoods: East of Kedzie. Please call for availability.
