The University Printing and Mailing Center (UPMC) is a cost recovery entity of Western Illinois University, located on the north edge of the campus in Macomb, Illinois. UPMC provides a range of printing and copying services, including both color and black-and-white options, as well as extensive bindery services such as cutting, folding, and laminating.

In addition to its printing capabilities, UPMC offers paper sales by the ream or case and provides pre-mail services to assist with address verification, imprinting, and envelope stuffing and sealing.
