Don't go here if you want to leave with your debit/credit card. Receptionist didn't give me my card back then told my granddaughter she gave it to me, she didn't. She gave me my drivers license...

Do not go to wood river urgent care 211 E Madison Ave to see Anna Hendricks which is the nurse practitioner for that location! She is very rude and doesn't care that she is rude and will leave out...

If you want to be turned away then this is a great place to go. I walked in with a big cut on my face and blood dripping down my face and I was told that they do not handle faces and turned away....
