Absolutely amazing ! My sandwich was delicous. They even sold me a bottle of the fries seasoning. The mac and cheese was so good. I would definitely come here again.

I may not grill a pork steak at home again. The one I got here was fork tender, I did not need a knife at all. I could literally stick my fork in and pull a bite off of the 1 1/4" thick steak....

Doc's smokehouse and catering has very friendly service and the pork steak dinner is amazing and I haven't had anything that wasn't excellent there yet

Doc's is one of the best BBQ places in Edwardsville. I don't esp. love the location, but the food is very good.
