This is a good place to get a good treat. It is located in the Harlem Irving Plaza. The service is good. Sucks that it has closed because it has been here for years.

I agree that dipping dots is one of the freakiest things ever invented but I can't get anough of them. They have different flavors. Cherry berry ice is awesome. My brother loves the cotton candy...
