Dinami Gym is simply the best! I've never had more fun, or learned more in any of the numerous gyms I've belonged to over the years. The trainers have mountains of knowledge, and are so helpful....

I really enjoyed my first crossfit class! The instructor was very helpful and stressed good form. Challenging and a great change up. Will definitely be back!
