I spoke to Bob one of the owners of this company and found him to be rude....condensing....and unprofessional and talked to me like I was a 5 year old child! Why companies or people utilize this...

If I could rate negative stars, I would. They took advantage of my father, who had early dementia. They continued to renew his policy, without consent, after he attempted to cancel. No paperwork....
