Such a cheater! Took money (cash), didnt have my reports and no record of payment. The staff make such faces while seving you as if they are mad that you are asking about your report and info.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place was HORRIBLE! I MEAN HORRIBLE! When I entered, the floor (which is carpet) was dirty and stained. This medical center had a horrible smell....
