They are very rude. They stop taking car title applications at 11 or noon. Yet the do k no or have that listed on the website or on their automated phone system. I would give them 0 stars but yelp...

The wait times when trying to call the facility is ridiculous. Minimum of 20 to 30 minutes and then get disconnected. Frustrating to say the least.
