The BEST taco salad! Deep roots is the perfect lunch spot in downtown and it's a local must try! Would like to add that the staff are welcoming, polite, and attentive.

What a great place to eat! I had a bowl of chili and enjoyed it very much. The service was very prompt. The restaurant was clean and inviting. A very nice change of pace for lunch.

Popped in Friday morning hoping for a quick breakfast grab and go, but left happy with cookies (lemon drop and banana cream - each $1) and also a chubby hubby (peanut butter/chocolate bar) for $3....

I enjoy popping in here for lunch on occasion! Always homemade and hot. The chicken salad sandwich is amazing and their soups and desserts are perfect.
