Dana Hotel & Spa

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Chicago (I have stayed at most 4+ stars in the Loop). Spacious room with separate living area, clean, good view. I would stay there again.

The service sucks. I've called four times back to back to book a reservation and the person hung up on me twice in a row and now has sent me directly to holding.
