Hello neighbors, My name is Lisa or Dai Yee. Welcome to Dai Yee's Asian Kitchen. It is a virtual kitchen. I used to own Shanghai Inn Restaurant and decided to branch out with a new brand name. I have been cooking for the last seventeen years. During these unprecedented times. I decided to venture out to a virtual kitchen. The name for “Dai Yee”means the eldest Aunt in Chinese. My nieces and nephew call me Dai Yee and since I am in the kitchen all the time I have come up with the name of my new business venture. With this new kitchen I am able to create new menu items and provide better service to reach my customers. It is more faster and efficient for delivery and pickup orders.

It's a cloud kitchen. We ordered and 2 hours later the restaurant calls and tells us that the owner was not present to cook the food. Uber eats - horrible customer service when asked questions...

I ordered masala dosa, it had authentic South Indian taste that is hard to find in Chicago, great peanut chutney on the side and sambar. Can't wait to try other items on the menu.
