History

Cynthia Frye Realty was established in 1998. I have been practicing Real Estate since 1990, (30 Years of Experience). I pursued a formal education at Governors State University in University Park, Illinois, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 2013. During my studies at the aforementioned university, I was inducted into the Tau Sigma National Honor Society and, recipient of Conference of Women Legislators COWL Scholarship. Following these accomplishments, I concluded my academic efforts with a Master's degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University in Miami. Furthermore, I affiliated with various organizations in relation to my areas of expertise, including the Chicago Association of Realtors and, the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.

Schedule showings, help find the right property for there needs, negotiate the offer, prepare the contract, recommend other professionals. Educate them on credit scores and how it affects their buying power, and notify them of financing programs and grants that are available.
