Ben the manager took care of a drive thru mishap I had a month ago , order was not correct ! Went in to see if they had a record of it since I called immediately after I got home. NO BUT HE TOOK...

unfortunately i've had a couple of longer than expected wait times and poor experiences. I decided to download and use the mobile app but it didn't help. My food wasn't warm when it finally arrived.

I drove by there today and it didn't look appealing at all there advertisments make them look happy. when I went in there they were not happy at all. i feel they need a sign spinner

Best Culver's around. I love in Wauconda Illinois and have been to a million of these chains. This is by far the tastiest I have had. Dod for late night as drive thru is usually open till 11
