Ridiculous lines, at least 20 people in front of me in line and 2 reps on the floor. If you know rewards are being offered why not have more staff???

I received the rudest service I have ever experienced at a plasma center. The staff is truly unprofessional, they talk to you as if you are beneath & have do not have an ounce of customer service...

I just really needed to share a TRULY WONDERFUL experience I had walking into the CSL Facility in Hazel crest, IL ...I am NOT new to donating plasma but I decided to go thru another plasma center....
