Crystal Clark is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in caring for patients in the behavioral health and traditional Primary care environments. She also certified in BOTOX and dermal filler by the Aesthetic Medical Educators. Crystal believes healthcare is about more than illness recovery. Physical, mental, and emotional health are essential for happiness and productivity. Her goal is to support the whole person including body, mind, and spirit, so her patients can have healthy and enriched lives.
